At Community Wellness Services, we are passionate about supporting Sheffield’s communities with their health and wellbeing. From group exercise classes in local community hubs to providing specialist health and wellness classes and services at 863 Ecclesall Road, our experienced team cater for all health, wellness and rehabilitation needs.
Not only do we support Sheffield’s communities with our tailored exercise classes, but we also provide a home visit service for those who need it. Meaning that wherever you are located, our specialist team is here to help.
We also offer Community Companions, providing companion care, shopping assistance, gardening, meal preparation, and appointment support for seniors around Sheffield. Fully insured and DBS-checked, our team helps reduce isolation and relieve family carers.

Located in South Sheffield, our centre at 863 Ecclesall Road offers personalised fitness, rehabilitation, and health services for all abilities, specialising in tailored support for individuals with complex conditions, in partnership with Hallamshire Physiotherapy, to enhance wellbeing, recovery, and community engagement.
Our team delivers over 100 specialist fitness and rehabilitation sessions weekly across Sheffield, partnering with organisations like Age UK, Parkinson’s UK, and the MS Society to support local communities with tailored exercise programmes for all abilities.
Our fully insured, DBS-checked community companions provide seniors in Sheffield with practical support, social interaction, and respite for carers, helping with everyday tasks, appointments, and reducing isolation.
We provide tailored treatment for work-related aches, pains, and repetitive strain injuries at our Ecclesall Road centre, helping to relieve muscle tension, reduce pain, and support recovery through expert rehabilitation and deep tissue massage.
