Monday | 12:30pm – 1:30pm | Move
Full-body workout that helps improve strength, balance, and stamina. Each session includes a mix of low-impact exercises you can tailor to your own level.
Tuesday | 10:00am – 11:00am | Mindful Movements
Blend of Tai Chi, stretching, relaxation and mindfulness to help reduce tension, improve mobility, and support emotional wellbeing.
Wednesday | 1:30pm – 3:00pm | Seated Move
A fun, low-impact seated exercise class designed to improve strength, flexibility, circulation and confidence — all from the comfort of a chair. Stay afterwards for a friendly chat if you’d like.
Wednesday | 3:00pm – 4:00pm | Balance Boost (Otago-based)
Focuses on posture, coordination and strength through simple targeted exercises based on the Otago programme, designed to support safe, steady movement in everyday life.
Friday | 2:00pm – 3:00pm | Pilates
A gentle Pilates class focusing on core strength, posture, flexibility and controlled movement.
