We’re on a mission to secure a permanent space where support, connection, and rehabilitation come to life.

Sheffield deserves a dedicated place where older adults and people living with long-term health conditions can come together, stay active, and feel part of a community. 

That’s why we’re launching a city-wide appeal - to help us find and fund a home for a new Community Wellness Centre.

Our vision is to create a warm, inclusive space offering:

• A Welcoming Social Hub – A friendly and inclusive environment where people can meet, build friendships, and take part in engaging activities.
• Specialist Rehabilitation & Support – Expert-led exercise programmes, physiotherapy, and tailored rehabilitation plans to help individuals regain strength and confidence.
• Mental Wellbeing & Emotional Support – Mindfulness sessions and peer support groups to promote mental resilience and overall wellbeing.
• Fully Accessible Facilities – A safe, thoughtfully designed space ensuring ease of movement and comfort for everyone.
• Healthy Living & Lifestyle Guidance – Practical advice on nutrition, wellness, and managing chronic conditions to support long-term health.

We’ve already built strong partnerships with incredible local organisations across Sheffield - including Age UK Sheffield, Parkinson’s UK Sheffield, the MS Society, the Stroke Association, Sheffcare, and many more. 

Together, we’ve created a network of support that’s already changing lives.

Every week, Community Wellness Services reaches over 2,000 individuals across the city, helping them live healthier, more connected lives.

Now, we’re on a mission to find an even BIGGER and BETTER place to call home, so we can help even MORE people in Sheffield.
