What we do

Community Wellness Services delivers specialist exercise classes in community settings for people living with chronic health conditions or for those just wanting something of a lower intensity. We are proud partners in the GP referral SPARS pathway and Age Uk PKW partnership network.

Who we are

All practitioners are experienced and experts in the delivery of specialist physical activity and rehabilitation for the health sector.

Friday

• 10.30 HiiT Class
• 11.00 PiYo (Pilates/Yoga based)

Sessions £3 each OR £20 Full Access one month OR £50 Full three months
