A BettaLives Wellness Session is up to an hour-long “circuit-based” activity programme, where anyone of any ability, condition or disability can partake. You are in safe hands as our instructors are highly qualified and experienced to look after anyone suffering from long term conditions but can also help people who are new to fitness and perhaps just need a little encouragement. These are small group based sessions to focus on your own health needs designed to improve cardiovascular systems, range of movement, balance, coordination and your wellbeing. The sessions will include a warm and cool down with appropriate stretches, as well as using fitness equipment to help you improve.

What’s the difference between a wellness session and a fitness class? Often fitness classes do not offer inclusivity for any one of any ability, they can be high intensity which could not only put people off but could injure or make someone’s condition worse. A Wellness Session although group based is tailored around you and your ability, will take into account you can or can’t do everything, your own fitness level, and will be delivered by qualified instructors that are recognised as achieving the highest industry standard grading.

Some Wellness Sessions can be gym equipment based, utilising the approved fitness equipment recognised by the health and fitness professional to be effective for your condition and ability.
